Volunteer Team Day

At Balanced Beings Outdoor Recreation, we are a business located on a nonprofit 501.3c called, Wildcat Ranch - Phoenix. The property, animals, and equipment are shared with Balanced Beings Outdoor Recreation so if we can give back in any way - we're sure going to try! Wildcat Ranch - Phoenix works predominately with first responders, veterans, and active military so the property and facility improvements assist future program comfort and success.

Your business, local fire department, police department, church, and more may volunteer as a team on our growing and flourishing ranch, engaging in fulfilling service projects that are preplanned and ready for your team to complete upon arrival. There are tasks to upgrade and maintain the ranch that require welding, construction, painting, plumbing, electrical and other trades we can graciously use in order to provide a continuously evolving environment for our participants and community.

This would entail the business / organization volunteering providing the materials and labor for a necessary project on the ranch. Thank you for your interest in making a positive impact and investing in your local community, while getting a little dusty.

Improvements for the ranch include:

  • Raised garden beds

  • Koi fish pond

  • Building the east wall for privacy and animal control and protection
