Owner & Lead Instructor
Kelsey Bauman, BSocSc (CJ), CTRS, AZGF-NASP-BAI, AZGF-PSF
With over 15 years of childcare experience as a nanny and ABA, Kelsey holds a degree in B.S Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice from UW-Whitewater. As well as Recreational Therapy from ASU, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Kelsey has been a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) for three years, with a background dating back to childhood with horses, she is actively, pursuing PATH Intl. ESMHL; while maintaining certifications in AZGF/NASP archery and AZGF paddlesports safety. Programs are thoughtfully designed with care and purpose, reflecting her deep appreciation for the opportunity to provide recreational therapy services to the community

Sayda Ramirez, DMSc, MPAS, MEd, PA-C
Highly experienced with over 30 years in healthcare, Sayda Ramirez, DMSc, MPAS, MEd, PA-C has specialized in care for military service members, veterans, and their families with a dedicated, professional approach. An active member of the Nevada National Guard with 32 years of Army service, Sayda brings invaluable expertise and commitment to her work. Sayda has over 25 years of teaching experience, bolstered by a Master of Education in Science Education from the University of Texas at El Paso. Sayda is Lead Volunteer for BBOR.

Chris Peacor
Chris is an Internationally published, and locally featured, commercial, portrait, and headshot photographer. Chris is located in Chandler and available for large and small projects. He loves working with small businesses and individuals, as well as large companies. Currently, working in tech and he did an amazing job with BBOR and WCR headshots!
